  • Horrible Customer Service

    I booked tickets for a ferry from Corfu to Sarandë for hours after my flight would land but my flight ended up being delayed so I contacted support to change the tickets. I was told that they would contact the ferry company and try to change to the next day for me and that I would receive an email update. Hours later I never received an email update so I went back to the chat, I could see that the person who helped me was online within the last 15 minutes so I went ahead and asked if there was any update. I saw that they read my message, I went out of the app to check my email to come back to see that the chat was no longer there. The employee must have deleted. The integrity of their support employees is really questionable so much that I don’t want to use the app ever again. I was able to call the ferry company myself once in Greece from the hotel phone and they changed it no problem.

    I had to pay 2 euros each to print my tickets from the ferry company. This despite a having bought on the app.

  • International Cards Not Accepted

    Am from the Bahamas and only my American card worked that was frustrating however once I used my USA card the process of purchasing was seamless

  • Won’t load on IOS 17.6

    Had previously bought tickets with this now can’t get it to open to check in -view the tickets etc no problems with the phone have deleted and reloaded- hard reboot etc plenty of hard drive space. Other travel apps working ok. Fault is with the App

  • Unusable

    This app was great while it worked. Since sometime in the last week, it doesn’t open at all and only shows a blank white screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but it’s still the same. It’s just as well that I has saved my ferry tickets as PDFs.

  • Terrible experience.

    Booked a ferry from Corsica to Sardinia. Arrived to the port with signs saying ‘all Moby ferries cancelled.’ Immediately went on the FerryHopper app and messaged for clarification and was told that the ferry was still due to arrive. An hour later a staff member finally arrived and told us all that the Moby ferries had been cancelled since the day before, due to maintenance problems. The next two hours were hell! Since then have not received an email or notification from this app or Moby to tell me that my ferry has been cancelled. Would not recommend. On top of that, our first ferry to Corsica with Moby was also cancelled and we were not told of this until we arrived, by a helpful stranger. Not by staff, the app or Moby. The 24/7 help line on this app is not helpful at all. Do not recommend!

  • Log in issues

    Don’t have an Apple, google or Facebook account so can’t use the Ferryhopper app as you need one of those to log on to the app. Seems odd that you can’t log on with a straightforward email address.
