Had missed a ferry after waiting for 4 hours at the port where we had not seen any ferry. They had no explanation in the emails as to what terminal or port the ferry was at and when asking for a refund they told us it was not their problem.67548754775

In such cases, the customer is either contacted directly by the ferry operator or you receive a notification from us. In all cases, we have to follow the options that are allowed as per the policy of the operator. The application works but the ferry cancellation policy is missing from the bookings that I was interested. Therefore I use a different app,

If your ferry is canceled, Ferryhopper provides no support, doesn’t allow rebooking on their site, and will charge you a cancellation fee even though you must cancel directly with the ferry company yourself. Just book direct.Nick Kep

I used this app to book two ferry trips in Greece. The ferry operators canceled both schedule and confirmed passages without any email or notices; and the app still showed that the trips were on schedule. even after they were cancelled. I ended up being stranded at the port, under the brutal Greek summer sun, desperately dealing with the mess I was being left in.
Despite the slick UI of the app, it does not inform passengers of crucial reality on the ground. What good does it do??Show lessfjjsjbkkxjnxhk

When a last-minute schedule change occurs the ferry company usually sends an SMS notification to the customer to secure instant communication.
