  • Do not trust the arrival times listed on the app

    The ferries add stops to your itinerary and they are not reflected on the app so you won’t find out until you are on the ferry. If you are on any kind of time crunch I would keep this in mind and add another hour or two to your planning. I’m not sure if it’s ferry hopper and the app that aren’t communicating or if the ferry companies are just doing their own thing, but it can add a significant delay to your projected arrival time.

Sometimes, however, the ferry company may not be able to avoid it. In cases where this happens very close to the departure time, the ferry operator usually notifies the customer right away to ensure instant communication.   • Trips disappear

    Trips always disappear from the app, seems pointless having it

  • The schedule that they have is wrong

    We took an NLG ferry that showed we would arrive at a certain time and we arrived and hour later! And this was happening every we took the ferry, minimum an hour late.
    Do not trust this app for schedule!!!

  • Crappy app

    First, I wasn’t able to access my trips without having the confirmation numbers which I had already input. Then it didn’t pull up all of my trips. Lastly, I was searching for a possible trips but it makes it difficult to change itineraries within a search, change dates, etc. It should be possible to easily cancel a trip search and start over again.

    Basic stuff for a trip app.

    Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. In order to have all the trips you have booked on the app, you have to retrieve the reservation by using the FH code and the e-mail. Currently, we are facing an issue and sometimes the trips are removed from the app. We are trying to resolve it in order to deploy a solution on the next releases. In case you want to perform a new search, you may move to the search page and change the departure and destination ports. Regarding the date change it can be performed on the same screen and also on the results page after the search execution. We hope this brings some more clarity to the mentioned issues.   • Great app spoiled by a few issues

    Very easy to find and book trips. Unfortunately the app seems to “lose” my bookings every now and then so I have to re-enter one of them and then it finds the rest - weird. If you don’t have your reference number then you are stuffed. Would be better if you could set up an account to sync with the web app instead of having to enter your booking reference for each trip in order to add them to your phone.

    Dear Customer, We are really sorry to hear that you have lost all the trips and you have to retrieve them again. We have not received complaints from other users, so probably it was a sporadic issue. The user profile is a feature that we are currently implementing and will release soon and with it you will be able to create an account and keep all your data synced in both the mobile application and the website.   • Trips keep deleting

    Like another reviewer since last update all my trips have disappeared and need to re-enter them again. I did that but they have gone again. Something happened with the last update. Otherwise an easy to use app and display.
