    This is a GREAT app. Accurate, easy to use and updates regularly when the ferry schedules change…which they do alot!

  • Does not reimburse for cancelled ferries.

    I had two ferries in Italy cancelled due to weather. I finally figured out how to chat a live agent (was not easy). Ferryhopper does not reimburse until they get reimbursed from the ferry operator. It’s been over a week, and I still don’t have a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. No other business works this way. Avoid times infinity.

Please note that the channels of communication, along with our working hours, can be found on our website and app, and the chat bot records the customers' requests out of working hours so that they can be dealt with as promptly as possible by our team. When it comes to cancellations decided by the ferry company, it is only standard procedure that we first confirm with them, and this is the way all third-party ticket providers operate.   • The app goes blank after asking if I want to add itinerary.

    I’ve reset phone even had an update the night before. So disappointed it’s not working for me.

    Second ferry trip I’ve booked and still can’t get the app to show anything other than a blank white screen.

  • Impossible to Navigate Customer Service

    Our ferry was cancelled last minute due to “weather.” It’s been impossible to navigate Ferry Hopper customer service to get a refund and rebook. The internal link to modify/cancel a trip leads to an internal website error, and the chat bot just sends me in loops. Horrible experience. We can’t get a hold of an actual person or even a email address to send in documents and receive a refund. Never again.

  • Used to be great, but…

    After the latest update, I no longer seem to be able to log in with my email and password. Instead, it demands my Google/Apple/Facebook details. Shame, as the app itself is excellent

  • Best ever company

    We booked all of our ferry bookings for 4 people for a two week period through ferry hopper. So easy to navigate through the site but the best reason for the 5 star review was that one of our ferry legs was delayed and so we missed our connection to our next destination ( nothing to do with ferry hopper, all about the ferry company). The ferry company made us pay for the new connection and when I tried to claim a refund, the ferry company sent me back to ferry hopper. Ferry hopper not only gave me a complete procedure for claiming for our loss but also helped to find where our refund had been sent when then the ferry company failed to give me this information. So good on you ferry hopper. I will use you again and again

  • App not working

    The App used to work great, but after I upgraded my iPhone 15 Pro Max running OS17.1.1, it’s not working!
    Now, when I open the App, I get the logo screen for a second, and then I get a blank white screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the App and still get the same results.
    Please fix this issue.

  • Sent to the wrong port

    This app has worked okay, it has very limited information about your ferry and no information about its location other than a map. On my last booking I went to the port it told me my ferry was departing from an hour in advance and turns out the ferry was in the opposite part of town and I missed it and lost all my money. Would not recommend
