Does not appear to be compatible iOS 18.1
I love this app and it works fine on IOS 17.x but will not sign into account in IOS 18.x. I have tried reinstalling the app in my iOS 18 device but still will not sign into account. I hope you folks are making sure it work with newer iOS. Keep up the good work on this useful app and hope it will start working on iOS 18 in the next app update

Basic app, poor usability
So many problems with my 2021 F150, and now trying to finalize lease-end and get rid of this vehicle and Ford has made it incredibly challenging.
Make it easy for customers to pay you, this will be the last Ford I drive.

Lease info
This app is useless when trying to get lease info, you click and get a blank screen. I can’t wait to be done with Ford.

Old version was way better and easier the worst part about this app is Locations it’s always crashing never accurate and hardly works half the time fix it please this is insane!!!!

The best of the best! Ford stocks forever. Ford credit is the best to have for Ford vehicle purchase. This household owns Ford stocks. That’s how we purchased our electric unit, the 2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E X.
Doesn’t work
This app hasn’t worked for me since I’ve had it. Called support and they finally got me in and behold I can’t add my bank account to make payments. Should have just left it alone on the Ford pass app and not try to fix something that isn’t broke
Login never worked
Terrible app! Basic functionality login and check my payment due and make payment that itself never worked.

Previous version better
Since the recent update, I have lost all functionality on 360° lighting, pro power on board, and trailer information. Please bring these functions back!
App won’t open
When clicking the app after installing it for the first time, it shows the app like it’s loading then it crashes, would love for this to be corrected.
