Access to gym by phone
Hi there,I paid a month membership and I was really looking forward to join in but unfortunately I couldn’t get in to the gym by scanning QR code spoke to staff still they couldn’t get sorted tried next day still same tried deferent day couldn’t get in and by end of it I’ve run out membership without even seeing the gym,I’ll tell you this for nothing,staff don’t give flying monkeys about customer service,

Asks to search club, and comes up with “did not find club” no matter what I type in how may bloody bolton arenas are there?
