Needs a bug fix
I’ve ordered from Zenni multiple times and have always loved the glasses. I have a super strong prescription so I was skeptical at first but the first pair i got were great and have been on par since then. I just decided to place an order for a new pair because I have a medical benefits card that’ll lose its value in the new year so why not spend some of the money before it’s gone? I used the app like normal and found some frames i like, go through the whole creation process, and then to checkout. I couldn’t checkout on the app. I tried multiple times and opened and closed the app to see if it would work but nothing. It just wasn’t working. So i deleted the app and just signed in on the website where i was the item i just had in my cart on the app and just checked out there. it went through and after redownloading the app it shows i purchased them so all is good, but the app definitely has issues. Overall, the products are great and im happy i dont have to pay an arm and a leg for glasses anymore, but the app needs work.

Don’t buy glasses from ANYWHERE but Zenni
I got a pair of prescription glasses AND prescription sunglasses both with a ton of customizable options combined for a total of $140 CAD (which is WILD) and to top it off they were shipped to me for free in less than a week. Best glasses company ever honestly
