No support
Can’t get any support help through the app. App is confusing. Not all restaurants are listed (I found a more extensive list through Google) abs we are not notified when new funds are available. They need a re-boot to something simplified and explanatory. They need text alerts.
Cannot delete credit card info from app
This app does not allow you to delete a credit card once you enter it. No contact or support info on app.

Since app has been updated lots of glitches have been happening. Also trying to get ahold of customer support and it will not allow me to send an email

This app went from a generous idea to what feels like fraud/scam. Unable to even log in. Developer website is down as well. Get it together Modesto!
Use for small businesses
Haven’t used the app yet but the place I work at is a small locally owned business that accepts the rad card and I heard about it that way hopefully unlike the last commenter there are most businesses around that also accept it I put just a small amount on it at first just to test the waters
Money missing from my account
I had money in my account early in the month and now it’s gone. I tried to email support and I get an error. How am I supposed to get this resolved? Not happy.
The update is horrible!
I can no longer find the list of participating businesses and when I tried to contact customer support I keep getting an error message. I will not load any more money on this app until this is fixed. Scary to think that no one is available to help when it concerns money.
What happened to the old app?
Who designed the new version of this app? It’s super confusing and all over the place! The older version was so much easier to navigate.

Go back to the ild app! This new app makes it hard to find businesses and to switch from one area to the next
First version was better
Although I appreciate this opportunity, the new app is awful. If you can provide links to website and/or Yelp that would be better. Now if I don’t know where a business is located of want more info, I have to do a google search. The first version was fine.
