Not recognizing my email after new design

I was signed in on app and today got email about new design. I go to app to see I’m not signed in. I attempt to sign in and it’s not recognizing my email address. Where is customer service? I can’t access any contacts to resolve this issue.

Wrong businesses are listed

No contact information for developer so writing this here. When in the app, the ticker tape below shows Modesto businesses. I am a Tuolumne county customer and those are not listed. Update messed things up!

Can’t access money

After updating app it won’t let me log in and when I try to create account it says zero balance because obviously it’s not the original account. Can’t figure out how to spend my $400.

Previous version was much better

This app is horrible. The “business cards” are not clickable. You have to hunt on a map for where the restaurants are located. The business cards only have a street address…NO CITY. I can see at least 2 restaurants near me that dropped off from the previous version of the app! Why not have a simple list of participants that is easy to peruse instead of big business cards that take up your screen.

The new update is horrible.

We used to be able to easily see a list of participating places for our county, Tuolumne County, and now there is no way to see this and the map feature only works for 3 places in the whole county. So there is no way to easily see what businesses I can shop at. Please fix this app. We loved it before.

Locations are not loading for Tuolumne county.

With the old app it was easy to see which businesses were participating. Now when I choose Tuolumne county it is showing Modesto businesses only.

So far, not so good😩

On the face of it, it sounds like a great program. Seemed legit because I heard about it on a couple channels as well as the NewsBreak app. We (foolishly??) bought the maximum $100 on Friday and tried to use it on Saturday but were told they had not received their QR reader yet!?!? Why list a participating business if they aren’t ready to process the app payment? At least, say “coming soon” or “check business before attempting to use”. We ended up paying “out of pocket”, which fortunately we had the funds to do so, but at first blush, I’m wondering if we made a mistake and are out that money😤. On paper it sounds like a win/win situation but so far, it seems like only the RAD app owners are winning! We’ll try again and hopefully it’ll work fine but we’re feeling scammed at the moment.

Great Program

Super easy to use. Great way to support local businesses. Easy to gift to others. Only issue is I wish I could reload it, once I’m out. Oh well.

Works for me!

This app worked flawlessly for my purchase at London Fox in Oakdale. This deal was so good I drove out there just for it. I hope this helps get small business shopping going!

Not user friendly, customer service is poor

My card was loaded with money for a specific city. Tried to use it and was told it was not available for a specific city even though I signed up for the correct location. Reached out to customer service and was told “it’s only 15 minutes to the next town so just support the businesses there.” How about, let’s fix the location so I can support the businesses I want with my own money?! What a joke this app/ program is.
