Too many updates

You cannot open the site without updating and there are several updates.
You cannot post anything without a nickname and all nicknames are taken

Nonstop updates

It seems every single time I go into the app, it needs another update. Other than that, I have no other issues with the app.

Failure to communicate

The links and email addresses in the app are totally non responsive. I have sent them a half a dozen emails and received zero response. You can’t update your beneficiary info in the app unlike 99% of the other financial apps I use. You have to print out forms and send them in. When making an inquiry to verify they have been posted you get nothing. When sending a message in the app it fails to capture them as in the previous messages sent stats. Time to find a new home for my money. I ended up with VCM because USAA sold my business to them. Not happy with either org now.

Stop Already with the updates every 2 weeks!!

This is unbelievable! I’ve never seen such inefficiency with an app. Why on earth am I having to update the app so frequently? And there is no choice offered - you HAVE to update and it takes forever. Someone needs to get their act together.

Very counter intuitive

This site and CITI Banks site are contradictions in simplicity. It would be so easy to make it more user friendly. I have accounts with Schwab, Fidelity, CITI, Chase, Vanguard and Victory. Schwab and Vanguard are the easiest to use and navigate. Everyone else is downhill from there

Not up to par

App is just not up to par with similar services. An example is this download taking way too long over a fast fiber optic connection. Another is their two factor authentication is limited to one phone number. With USAA, we had several options including email when the phone was not available. Good luck if you lose your phone. But, if you use Victory, your stuck with this app. I’m looking.

Forced Updates

Smooth site. Meets my needs.
However, every time they issue a new version, they force me to update before I can check my balance; and there’s no noticeable difference! Periodically I update all my apps; surely VicCap and I can wait a week or two for my update of all the other apps.

Unnecessarily complex

I have been using Victory for a 529 account for my grand daughter, for investing in mutual funds and recently as a portfolio account. The layers and layers that must unravel are hard to fathom why it is so difficult. It needs to be simplified.
Tax documents are equally layered about 4four or five deep. Go figure

Cannot View Balance Details

I cannot view how my account is allocated. If it is possible, it is hidden beneath many menus. I wish USAA did not sell them my accounts.
