    I bought Moncler sneakers, sweaters, multiple coats and jackets for my family this Christmas. I love the brand and the quality.
    One pair of sneakers did not fit, so I sent it back for a refund. I was told it could not be returned because it did not have a QR code with it. The shoes were never taken out of the box and there was no QR code included.
    Several calls to customer service were unhelpful. The employees were rude condescending and unwilling to help. I would continue to buy Moncler, but only from Saks or Nordstroms.
    Do not buy direct or online!

    Anytime I open the moncler app and go onto the me button it says log in and register LITTERALLY when I logged in hours ago. pls fix this, this app should not be like this.

    It’s not letting me add anything to my cart and it says “sorry this item cannot be added to your ordered please fix this ASAP
