Thank you for using Your Food Journal. We've been working hard to bring you many new features and enhancements. Much of this has been from all the wonderful feedback we've received from you all. What's New: - View Past Meals: One of the most requested features is the need to view past meals. We've added a new Calendar selection option in the Meals screen in addition to the Journal and Water screen. Now you can view your past meals. - Feed (Beta): We're beta testing out a new feature called Feed. This can be accessed in the Meals screen. The Feed is a dynamic space where we share Recipes, Tips, and more to help give you more tools and ways to eat healthy. Check back often as we add new items and for now enjoy the Recipes and Tips! - Meal Groups: As part of adding the ability to view past meals, we've moved the feature of checking your meal groups for that day to a new section right where it's convenient. Right below your meals logged for that day. Be sure to check it out! - New calendar selection - UX and Performance: Along with many other features, we've also improved the user experience of the app, adding animations and enhancements to make the app more enjoyable to use. We've also squashed a ton of annoying bugs in the process too! We've got a ton of new features and enhancements coming soon too so keep an eye out for the next update. - We've added hunger scale to the meal tracking. Each time you log a meal now you'll be given the option to set your hunger scale too - We've also cleaned up the UI and fixed a bunch of bugs within the app - We've added anonymous analytics. We want to be as transparent with you as we can about your data and want to make it clear that this anonymous analytics is not in any way tied to you as a user and will never ever be sold or available to anyone. This analytics helps us track what our users are finding helpful in the app and what features we should be improving on. You can easily disable this in the profile > settings if you'd like. Again, this is all anonymous and is not tied to your actual data itself. That will always remain private to you only.

We've made a few changes to make the meal logging and journal process much easier for you: - You can now edit meals after you've added them, even ones from the past in the journal tab - You can now set the time of day the meal was logged or edit the time of the entry in case you forgot to log a meal - The journal questions have now been changed in favor of new ones that we think you'll find to be a great improvement - Other misc UI fixes across the app Also as a reminder, you can update your notifications in the profile section if you only want to get notifications at specific times of the day.

    I’m writing a review because I want people to know how good this app is not many people reviewed this but it is so so good. I don’t think I would ever want to change this app. It is absolutely perfect as a younger person. I do not have the money, to pay for this app so I use it completes without any purchases and I don’t think I would like to because even without it it is so so good it’s so good for tracking so good for making sure you drink enough water I love this app and as someone who is has coeliac disease it is never been easier to track my diet which can be hard when I have dietary needs. I’m also low in iron and this is so good for my dietician to track. I would 100% recommend us to anyone. I hope you can get this up.

  • Good idea

    It’s a good app. I love that I can take pictures and sort the food groups etc I’m not keeping it simply because I can’t share my journal. I am journaling as part of a program and I need to share it with my coach. If you put a “share” option I’ll download it again and subscribe.
