Maserati disconnect
I have not had nothing but problems trying to connect Wi-Fi to my 2022 Levante Modena. I have had to deal with Maserati AT&T and now Bell Canada and still no connectivity.. It has been over three weeks now with this constant frustration.
I I sell audio devices for high-end automobiles, such as the Maserati Ferrari, Aston, Martin, and Lamborghini. I have faced embarrassment when I’m trying to display music players in my car, the Levante and lost two clients already.. these are expensive audio players, and they are supposed to match perfectly with the type of automobile they are presented with. I am extremely disappointed with this situation and I never want to deal with Maserati Connect again. No one seems to be able to correct this lack of Wi-Fi issue. I have exhausted every possible resource..

For future updates Id like to be able to see on the Connect app the status of of my doors and windows. My Jaguar app would show “Windows Closed or Open”

Doesn’t work on a year old used Quattro
I find it ridiculous that only the original owner of a car can use the app. I’ve been all over online and there’s no way to get a welcome email. Unless you were the original owner from the Maserati dealership. I even called the Maserati dealership and they don’t know how to set it up either.
App doesn’t work, the website doesn’t work, and no one answers the phone.
Just bought the new Maserati and you can’t remote start it should about a Kia.
Door open notification
The app should provide notifications when the door is not closed so the automatic lock can engage. My door was slightly open and it drained the battery with a quickness. Now the vehicle has to be towed to the dealership. The Lexus app provides an abundance of car notifications. Maybe something to mode the Maserati app after or a minimum give us a door open notification.

Awesome app
Initially i was concerned not be be able to set up the app from the text message received from Maserati. One phone call to customer services took care of it right away. App is informative and easy to use.

I found a great deal on a 2021 Levante S with 20K miles on it.
My only warning is to be careful where you buy it. I was treated very poorly by my rep Mo at Hyundai of Bedford in Cleveland.
I waited 40 minutes in the lobby after wiring 50K from Chase, car wasn’t washed, was given to me on an empty tank and I had to drive it straight to a gas station to put a full tank of premium in it.
No reply to phone call or email for a week.
Please talk to your Maserati dealer and pay for your purchase to be handled correctly.
Maserati took care of everything for me through a direct connection. Becca was wonderful.

Glitch for vehicle health issue
The app shows the error on the engine (2023 Levante) after the service errors gone from the dash but on the app still showing. Maserati connect told me uninstall the app and reinstall !
No longer working
I tried to use the app today and when I log in, it tells me to update the app but I’m already on the latest version.
