Security Update???

Tried to load app but keeps saying security update… which I did but continues the warning. Deleted app and reloaded updated version but same issue. Asking for security update !????? Can’t load the app!

Remote Start

Needed to register with Maserati Connect on my desktop computer before using my iPhone.
Used my remote start from my iPhone without any issues.

Great app!

I’ve just purchased a 2023 Levante and unable to register my car with this app. However you have to
Register via a browser (chrome) on a laptop and then you can use it on the iPhone.

Unable to register; Maserati refuses to help!

Just like the other review from May 2022, I have the same problem of not being able to register. The dealer tried to help on the day of delivery and the following day as well, but to no avail. Multiple calls to Maserati Connect with no resolution. The people there are rude and unhelpful, and also lack knowledge. So I bought a $130,000 luxury sports car and no one can help me register to use the app! It’s really pretty unbelievable. It doesn’t make any sense that I should even need to complete such a registration to be able to use the app. What purpose could having access to this app possibly serve anyone who doesn’t actually have a car that is compatible with it? After a week, I’m pretty sure I’m never going to be able to use the app…

Cannot login after upgrade

After app updated, cannot login, never received reset email either. Emailed support. Please help fix the app.

Mostly broken

Remote starting works reliably, but basically every other feature of the app has been broken for months.

App disaster

Dealership great, car great, app is a disaster and they have technical difficulties and have no idea what they are doing. They should never call a new customer to start the app until they know what they are doing. I am half tempted to return the car for the aggravation I have received with the app and I am very tech savvy

MY22 Levante Maserati-Connect not working

I bought a brand new 2022 Maserati Levante and downloaded the Maserati connect app. Firstly on the app there is no REGISTER or SIGN-UP button. But the dealer I got it from was trying to be as helpful as possible, we conferenced called Maserati support and they kept sending me reset instruction emails, which read I needed to accept terms and conditions. But there was no option to accept it and no one was able to help me. It’s been more than a week and the app is not and never worked. I’ve tried inputting forgot password - but a message keeps popping up saying “Error accrued while loading, please try again”. Perhaps, (I think) I may have figured out myself the reason why it’s not working. Maybe it’s not compatible for the 2022 model year Levante’s yet. Who knows? Maybe I’m the first person to ever get a MY22 Levante? 🫢 I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with this not working, I hope Maserati can quickly update the app to support my 2022 Levante Modena S until then my 5:00AM mornings will be uncomfortable not being able to remote start from my phone.

Hasn’t provided proper information for over 80 days

The first 50-60 days everything worked. Now, none of the data is accurate. If only my fuel level really did stay at 56% for 80 days and my mileage never increased. I hope they fix this.
