Cannot port out the number, no body help.

Terrible Experience – Cannot Port Out My Number!

I've had many frustrating experiences with SwitchUp. I tried to port out my number, but it's impossible! The process is unclear, and when I reached out for help, no one responded. I've been stuck without any support or guidance. It's incredibly disappointing that something as basic as porting a number is such a hassle. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable service.

What happened..?

This used to be a great great app, albeit a little pricey yet worth it. I’ve been a user for over two years now. However, starting in mid-July 2024, I kept receiving an “API Error” and the app would not work in any capacity. I have emailed customer service three times since this issue starting happening and have yet to receive a response. I’ve still been charged for July and August and so far have not received a refund nor a response to my issue. I’m assuming the app is officially dead…

App won’t open on iPhone

I’ve been using this app for 2 years and besides small glitches it’s been working fine but a couple of days ago it just stopped opening on my iPhone. Tried to uninstall & reinstall and still won’t work. I use this for business so this is extremely frustrating. I’ve emailed customer support twice with no reply on what is the status of the app. Came on here hoping to get answers to when this will be fixed

After 2 1/2 years….It’s GONE!

Had no issues for that long and now the app crashes and I can not access my business line. I’ve went a message through apple about it not no avail. Semi-upset but how long should I have expected this 2nd line app to work. Thanks for the 2 1/2 years. Sorry my business line was needed for much longer than that.

No support

I have had 3 numbers for almost 2 years. Everything was fine until it wasn’t. Wrote in requesting support because the numbers on my account just stopped working. No one has ever contacted me - so I had to put in a request for Apple to refund the money I paid.
The service was decent during the time I was subscribed but can’t get ahold of anyone to provide solutions - only remedy seems to ask for a refund. Now I am looking for a new carrier to port my numbers to (which fyi… costs $10 per line)

App works when it wants to

This app goes in and out of working constantly I use it for my business line. Big mistake is sometimes I can’t make fault phone calls and sometimes I can’t receive phone calls then it’ll tell me to pay force subscription I’ve paid double multiple times just to re-download the app then I bought my number from them for 9.99 and they will not respond to me in order to assist me with porting my number that I own out to another carrier it’s ridiculous don’t even bother signing up a headache

What’s wrong with the application slow functions. Not cool.

What’s wrong with the application it is always acting up either not receiving messages or loading up messages very late and having slow functions. Not cool.

No customer service

I signed up to this service intending to get the Pro plan (Depending on price) and was forced to sign up to a plan by default which happened to be the Standard Plan. I then tried to upgrade to the Pro plan, which is offered after signing up, and was going to be charged the full price, not the upgrade price difference. I’ve tried contacting the developer numerous times and there still has been no response. Now that I’m at the point of total frustration, I just want a refund.

App doesn’t work at all

This app is a bait and switch- avoid at all costs.
First month was okay, as was month 2 and 3, by month 4 this app was glitchy. By month 6 I decided to port my number out which they charged $10 to do and never allowed the other company to port the number. I emailed support and was never supported- they said there was a problem with their system but never returned my money. They charged me again for the year shortly after and then the app stopped working at all, no way to get help or say their was a problem. Avoid this and just get another number. This was a terrible headache.
