Never receive notifications

So inconvenient with notifications never appearing. I’ve followed the suggestions for troubleshooting, still nothing. I have to check myself every few minutes when expecting a message. When I’m not I could miss messages for hours if I don’t open the app. Free apps like WhatsApp and google voice have never given me these issues. There is no reply when reaching out for assistance. Awful service. Don’t get it if you haven’t already.

This app and the people running it are awful. Instead of assistance, I’m asked to wait for a new update.

Bad, Bad Support!

I’m paid for the whole year!!! Something happened and they want me to get another number! All the contacts I made, had no way of getting back to me!!!! Support said they are working on it, and never heard back from them!!!!
2023- still no resolution!!! Took my money and never resolved the problem. If you are in business, DO NOT pay for the year! Better yet, DO NOT GET THIS APP!

I can’t access any of my info my voicemail calls anything it says that there’s an error and it’s been saying this for me for four months now

Would like to be able to use from two phone

But for what I need it’s works just need more info. Like why is my answering machine not always answering ext

This app has horrible technical/customer support

Immediately had issues porting in my business line. Texts haven’t been working since we started. Emailed over 15 times and still no resolution and no response for the past 3 days. Very frustrated and it has hurt my business financially due to the text issue! Horrible app!!! Having trouble trying to port out and switching so now my number is hostage!

Frustrating app

App is not notifying me when messages are left and calls are not coming through as they should very frustrating as this number is used to book customers

Worst app I ever used

After they charge you full amount for the subscription $100 they will shut down the phone number for no reason. I lost all my contacts and conversations. With no explanation or any reason.
They answer was you violated our rules. No explanation. How so? I used the number as a regular phone. Just for call and text. Avoid at all cost.

New phone

Had to go get new phone the App won't go to new phone and can't get to talk to anyone to make it happen. Going to drop the service and go to another extra number. Only thing that won't go to new phone

Worst service I’ve ever paid for

This product just simply doesn’t work, and worse, when you report an issue, their service reps simply say, “yeah we’re aware it doesn’t work”, without offering a timeframe for resolution or apologizing for their software not working at all. This product has been detrimental to my business.

All my contacts are initially blocked

I love every this app does, but I have to unblock each contact I’ve added the first time they contact me instead of automatically. If there’s a way to fix this please let me know. They don’t receive the auto text replies until they are unblocked and I’d prefer to not have to ask everyone to text me now to make that happen as this is for my business. Please explain how to do this.
