I’ve been a ScentAir customer since the original systems and I LOVE the new Bluetooth app and setup. It makes it so to change my system settings if I need to turn it up or down! I haven’t tried connecting it to WIFI yet but the BT even lets me schedule events at different scent volumes too.Love it!

Units have been “disconnected” for months. Continue to try the required update, which is impossible since the units are always “disconnected,” from both WiFi and BT. I unplug, plug back in, over and over and over. It’s a shame. But, I think it means the support and the company are going out of business.Horrible App
The diffuser only works if the app is running on your phone. If you exit the app, the diffuser stops. Forget about scheduling, it won’t run until you log into the app and leave your phone.Can’t get help
Would be nice if there was a way to get help when the app stops working because there’s no answers on the app page or on the website.App updated but still busted
Can the app developers please respond as to how customers can use the diffusers by rollback the recent app versions to one that works? I was excited to see an app update on 10/4/23, but still The app can’t find my two diffusers anymore via BT or Wi-Fi.App is actually harmful to operating
The app controls the units I paid a lot of money for, but the app is an afterthought by the company. Stuck in “disconnected” status and required firmware update does not process. Should we get our money back?Please Fix
I have 5 of these units in different properties that we own and they’ve all recently become “disconnected” and say that the firmware needs to be updated. When I run the update it isn’t successful. I depend on these units to create an impression on our guests but I’ve found that when the units is disconnected it stops running. I’m not sure what the problem is but it’s extremely disappointing.Can’t update new firmware. Just sits an spins
Tried updating firmware and it just sat there attempting to update it for hours. I came back and tried to see if I was disconnected from wifi but that wasn’t the issue. Then I tried to turn my display sleep mode off so that the screen wouldn’t go to sleep while “updating” then I closed then re opened the app and tried updating the firmware again, but it still never updated. This thing is janky sometimes. Sadly
