    Can’t login!!
  • Unable to manage account/ rate plan

    I notified Gas South about no new rate plan offers 2 years ago and last week. I can’t access that from my gas South app. I received an email saying the problem was fixed on the app but it is not .I usually sign 2 year contracts but in 4 years I never received any new rate plan offers. Not at 60days nor 30 days . App not fully functional and plans aren’t offered as stated. Fix the app. Send offers as stated on the website.

    Absolutely love this app. Works beautifully and this app is so clean, so intuitive, and so easy to navigate.Kudos to Gas South.
  • Won’t load

    Can’t pay my bill, can’t view my usage, can’t do anything. Just a blank screen and a loading icon.

    It’s frustrating to use because of how slow it is. It’s better to just go online

  • More than 1 account

    I would give 5 stars, the problem is I can’t have more than one account. My former provider’s app let me have more than one account/location to manage thus being able to pay bills for more than one location.
    Your next update should include this option.

    Easily can view my bill, and manage my account. Makes it very easy, since I can do it straight from my phone. Nice work gas south 👍

    I put in my username and password, but the log in button is ‘unclickable’ stays shaded out.
