Locked out.
It is very hard to try and sign in online. I don’t remember my password. I have changed it before and it doesn’t give you a chance you need to fix that so it’s a little bit easier for us to get in at least for seniors.

Why don’t they have an app home page link for “service days” (INCLUDING HOLIDAY make up!)? Trash Recycle Big trash The only thing more important would be to see and pay your bill. I bet over 90% of all visits are for: SERVICE DAYS & YOUR BILL w/pay You can’t find holiday make up days!!!
Glitches
The system doesn’t work very well. I’m not paying a late fee due to my payment not being processed when I sent pay. Systems need to be fixed.
Gotten worse
The app was fine until last month when an update was done and now the app won’t open on my iPad, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still won’t open

My neighbor and I were missed for both trash and recycling that you contract for.

Worst app ever!
This is the worst app I have ever used. It won’t take my password and can’t find my account. Almost every time I pay my bill I have to physically call and pay it over the phone. Worse than useless.
Not user friendly
This is the worst app I have ever used. It is very archaic and should probably be re-done to be user friendly for all devices. It doesn’t work half of the time. I have to delete and reload this app everytime I have to make a payment. I don’t have time for this.
Problems with the payment method.
They take a long time to collect the money, after having made the payment. I made the payment 2 days ago and it is pending.

It’s nice to have your sight it’s a bit confusing and when you send a message to my phone woukd be nice if it had a link to go to your sight to pay my bill like Oklahoma natural gas has. Their sight is great easy to use and pay bill. Also can’t find a way on your sight to report my trash can was tore up last dump could really use a new one

Auto pay
I’ve tried several times to set my account up to auto draft but it never works! I get a past due notice. A very nice lady looked at my online setup and thought we were enrolled but guess what we were not!
