Can’t update payment/scanning card feature crashes

I’ve seen others mention this but it’s annoying you can’t remove a payment option. My card expired, I have a new one and has the same numbers just different expiration. It won’t let me add the card so I have to manually add a card everytime.

Also the scan card feature to parse your card numbers now just crashes the app. I don’t understand what sort of testing goes on before updates are pushed out.

Literally the most user un-friendly app ever.

Updating payment

Will not let you change or update expired cards on the app. I have to manually add my card every time to make payments every month.

Incorrectly reporting trash pickups around holidays

When checking the app for when trash or bulk pickup is supposed to be when normal pickup is on a holiday the app is incorrect. This should always be correct as holiday schedules are at least a year in advance

No Print Feature

It would be nice to be able to print the PDF version of my bill.

Billing

My only complaint is I’m unable to load and view the pdf of my bill. Even on the website it will not work. Makes it difficult for people who are paperless and need proof of utilities.

Unable to set up account

It takes my info then never sends the email to finish setting up the account.. I assume the rest of the app is just as bad

Easy as 123

Paying online is simple with this app

Terrible

I agree, worst app ever, the old and the new, sure, I’ll call the office, all I want to know is bulky trash day! I’ve wasted so much of my time, 4 different times! If I could give zero on the stars, I would!

Worthless app

More trouble than it’s worth. Data is never available. Login issues constantly.

Never Do I Write A Review Until Now

This app will not allow to click on “Forgot password” because there is no “Forgot password”, therefore you cannot get on their app to pay your bill! Now I’ll have to use a stamp to mail the bill, I guess.
