This app is terrible !! It never works it always makes me reset my password when I know it is right!! I HATE IT!!
No trash pick up
Second week with no pick up had to call for help
Terrible App - No scheduled Payment
I donβt understand why they cannot fix this to allow a future scheduled payment. Worst payment program Iβve ever used. Not everyone likes autopay but because you cannot simply schedule a payment ahead you are either forced to do it or risk missing a payment date. All from a utility app for a major US city in 2021β¦ nuts

Login & Password
Need to have a forgot login and password for the app. Had the facial recognition enabled before and required login and password. It would help.
Terrible UX
The app is honestly terrible. Two stars because it gets the job done but the user experience is terrible. The UI is terrible as well there are lots of very weird color choices - lots of white and light grey.
Schedule payment date
Would be a 5 star if I could adjust the payment date to the due date.

It took about 15 seconds to pay after set up.
Email address bug
Thereβs a bug when you try to enter your email when you forget your password. The first letter has to be lowercase or match your email address or it wonβt recognize.

Worst app I have ever used as well. Previous app worked great this one just plain stinks!
After finally getting it set up/ I can never get online from the mobile app! Always have to go to my lap top- donβt know what the difference is- change is not always fir the better!

User challenges
Seems difficult to keep app operational. Print is very small on screen. Poor overall app setup.
