Issues logging in
I still have problems logging in. I have to put my credentials in every time. I wish I could use Face ID like normal
Terrible website, even worse app
I’ll be honest, I haven’t actually ever used the app. I have tried many many times. It just never actually loads. The website is just as bad but at least I can open a new site or app while it attempts to log me in for 27 minutes before timing out and ha ONG me do it all o er again. I’d say the average time from my first log in attempt to actually getting to the bill payment page is around 65 minutes. Sometimes it goes really fast and I can accomplish this gigantic feat in a little under an hour.

Bad app
Paid $150 on my bill 3 days ago and still hasn’t gone through I’ll have extra charges since the app doesn't work and took my money. Thanks!!
Not user friendly
Been trying to set a password for the past 30 minutes and it won’t accept anything. I’ve been set ridiculously long and complicated ones and it keeps giving me an error message. I’m trying to give you money you idiots

I was notified that my card I use for payment was expiring, when I tried to update the card information website would not let me. ???

Completely difficult to navigate. Took several attempts to make a payment. Might have made more than one!!! We’ll see

The reason for such a low rating is because it has taken so long to get it up and working after the update!
Printing statement
You allow me to view a pdf copy of the bill, but cannot print it.
Glitchy app.
This app is a horrible disappointment and a waste of time! Lagging glitches prevent it from opening, once I find a way to get it open and pay a bill it locks up and prevents me from further transactions. This has not been a one time occurrence.

Only today’s date is accepted for payments.
There is no option to schedule a payment for a future date. The addition of such an option would be very helpful.
