Due to the current situation drivers could be isolating or actually have the virus, this has an impact on how the app works, we cannot guarantee pre booked fares as we are in contact with the virus on a daily basis drivers are playing catch up as only a minimum staff out.
Customers who pay through the app and cancel their journey will automatically be refunded like every card transaction wherever you use it within 3 working days.

Didn’t turn up and still charged!
Booked a taxi which didn’t turn up even though it said the car was outside… checked my bank the next day to find I had still been charged for part of the fare! Tried contacting the company and couldn’t get through on the phone and there was no reply to my emails. Would never use again!
