Cant recommend enough!

I’ve never fallen in love with a workout program like I have with this one. There’s SO many classes to choose from, from chill and meditation/stretching, to more intense strength work and HIIT options. So there’s literally something for everyone and every body type, whether you’re a beginner or already extremely active. Jacqui is encouraging, while staying calm and positive. She gets you into a trance where you just want to push yourself to be the best and get the most out of your exercise, while always reminding you to listen to your body and take it easy when you need to. I just could listen to her all day long! I’ve been doing classes for 8 months, anywhere from 2 to 5 classes a week, and I’m down 22 pounds, and honestly have so much more confidence in my body and what it can do. You will not regret trying the Pilates class!

Feeling Stronger Postpartum

I started these works out a few months after giving birth and it gave me the strength I didn’t think I can achieve after having a baby!
Great workouts - great motivation - great instructor! Love the weekly workout schedule to help balance your workouts! Overall 5 ++++ star!

Life changing!

Since joining TPC a few months ago my life has transformed. The classes are wonderful, with lots to choose from depending on time, intensity or style. Jacqui is infectious, bringing warmth and a smile to every workout. I’m in my late 20’s and this is the first form of exercise I’ve truly enjoyed and stuck to!

The Pilates Class

I found the Pilates class about a year ago and it changed my mind and body completely. I felt so relaxed and connected to my body the more I did it and an added benefit was I got leaner legs and abs :) I am now pregnant, and I love how she has a Prenatal and Post-natal series. I wish there were more out there for Pregnant women. I still can feel confident, strong and connected even pregnant . Thank you for looking out for all women and I think you and your app are amazing !!

A pilates studio in your home!

I joined TPC when we went into lockdown last year — I needed a home workout that was going to be motivating and effective. TPC has exceeded all my expectations! Jacqui is the very best... she really makes it feel like she’s in the room with you. There’s always new workout videos and motivational challenges that make it easy to WANT to keep going. Highly recommended!!!

My favorite home workouts ever!

I love Jacqui’s classes so much. I tried several at home workouts during the pandemic, and The Pilates Class is the one I’ve stuck with. I love her calming voice and accent. The app has a wide range of classes so that I can choose one that matches my energy that day, and how much time I have. Plus, she’s always adding new ones. I love her classes so much that I’m going to downgrade my membership when my regular studio re-opens. I will save so much money!

Life changing!

After boxing gyms closed at the beginning of the pandemic, I didn’t think I’d ever find anything that I could love as much as fighting or that would give me the same mental high as teaching, training, and sparring every day did. Jacqui and The Pilates Class completely changed that. While boxing will always be my greatest love, after nearly a year of being part of this community I know I’ll never let it go. Now I just have two loves in my life! And since being able to get back to boxing, I see now that having Pilates as a part of my every day routine has only added to my endurance, speed, and technicality, as well as been an incalculable boon to my mental health. Thank you Jacqui, thank you TPC. I don’t ever want to think of who I would be today if I hadn’t found this community last summer.

Best classes!

I have used other online classes, and I thought I was in pretty good shape, but I wasn’t feeling challenged enough. I found The Pilates Class and LOVE IT! It’s a great, sweaty, yet fun workout and when it’s over, you felt like you worked every single muscle fiber. Jacqui is one of the best instructors, she makes the workouts fun, and its nice when she starts laughing at how much it challenges her too. The classes are creative and you don’t have to spend an hour a day trying to get in shape. Best investment I’ve made!

Love Her!

Jacqui is what makes this so special, she motivates me to hit my goal and keep coming back! Even though it’s virtual I feel like she is in the room with me giving instructions and encouraging me to push just a little more! Thank you for helping me get back into a daily fitness routine, 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
