My daily workout
FITFOREVER is my favorite daily workout routine. It has helped me to gain overall strength and flexibility especially in core strength and back and neck flexibility. Traditional medicine did not help my neck issues. This course taught me that I needed core and back strength and flexibility to really (fix) my neck. It really worked!!!

Life changing
I’ve been doing fit forever for about a year – almost all the way through lockdown – and I am in better shape now than I have been in years! I have chronic sciatica and piriformis pain on my right side and my muscles were weak as a result. I am much more balanced on both sides now, much stronger and far less at risk for new injuries. And I’m building some nice guns as well! Love love love this program!

Best program!
The more I have stuck with this program, the stronger I’ve become. My core strength and balance have improved dramatically. The workouts are great because they are short, yet effective. I actually look forward to working out and the workouts are different each time. I also like the self care (foam roller + stretching) portions.

It’s like having PT sessions at home. Plenty of cues for proper form so I can move safely. So many options, but at the same time easy to navigate so I can quickly choose what I want. I once emailed a question, and Dr. James replied quickly. I really hope to renew this every year.
Only portrait mode on iPad
Not possible to use in Landscape. I guess you are supposed to prop your ipad on the floor?

Equivalent to Personal Trainer
Top-notch program with excellent instruction. Basically, it’s = to having in-home personal training, with emphasis on proper form to avoid injury. No equipment is necessary- plenty of body-weight routines are offered. If you do have equipment such as Bosu, TRX, bands, cables, etc- you just enter it in the app. FitForever will automatically mix in workouts using your equipment & nothing extra. Seriously- this app is amazing. Strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, pain improvement, posture... they’re all covered. 100% recommend.

Airplay?
I really like this exercise program a lot. That gets 5 Stars.
And the app most works well...

Though there are instructions on how to airplay, there is no airplay “button “ on the screen yet! This makes using it in my home gym space really awkward. You know it’s missing. Fix it!
