I downloaded this app to give It 1 star, so more people can see the reviews about the devs taking all your answers to their assessment before telling you need to pay for the app. Surely someone with great neuro health would know to make it clear you need to pay for something first, before taking peoples data. It’s on the App Store description sure, but put it on the app as the first thing.

Switching between programs

It’s a good app if you need a guide on what to do. However if you have multiple assessments you want to work on, for example for me it’s anxiety & relationships - it’s not clear how you switch between the programmes for the wellness journeys/guides, or even if that is possible?

This would be a great update as many people want to work on multiple issues and it’s a little on track focused at the moment.

Great App

Amazing app. User interface is easy to navigate. Useful and personalized tips to help manage anxiousness.

Awesome

Relationship assessment was really insightful. I’ve done attachment style quizzes and stuff online but this was much better. I haven’t tired the strategies yet but the plan that was explained made snese.

Great app but a little buggy

The assessment systems are great and the sessions are amazing. But, after I completed the first few assessments and sessions, I then decided to do a further assessment. It then wiped my progress in the sessions and I had to start from the beginning.

The videos often seem to glitch and you can’t pause, speed up or heart the videos. Which is infuriating when you are trying to rewatch previous sessions for a single piece of advise or part of the method, or just simply want to heart the video.

Finally here

I’ve been waiting for the app to come to the US ever since I saw it on the news in the UK! Really excited to use it, I really think it can help with my mental health

Doesn’t work

I have just downloaded the app thinking ok let’s see what it says about me. At first all was well I answered the terms and conditions and went to my first get to know me question about my age.
I typed my age and went to press the send button and the button didn’t work so I then restarted the app but still nothing worked.

This app was completely useless.

No return to questions when pressing wrong answer

I realised I had pressed the wrong answer and was unable to return to correct the answer

Not sure

I think the principle behind this app is great, I downloaded it, and paid the whopping £25 promotional fee, as I felt it would help me, BUT I have not used it since I downloaded it, as it doesn’t send you any notifications for reminders, so I’ve forgotten all about it. The notifications to remind you to use it is fundamental!

However, we recognise that some users may not have seen or have access to this feature for various reasons. One of those reasons is that the prompt for notification permissions is currently during the assessment stage, so we are looking into improving this by adding in a permission prompt at multiple stages within the app to ensure that you never miss a reminder! Seems like it’s free but it’s not.

Nowhere has this app advertised that they were charging a fee to use the app. It’s all the common in app purchases when in the end of doing an extensive questionnaire full of personal information they charge you for a monthly or yearly plan that you must buy if you wanna continue to use it. Very deceptive in my opinion.
