Never received order
Third party app never picked up my order or was given wrong order because my order was still at the restaurant they didn’t realize until 7pm 3 hours poor management on them and didn’t even compensate for the error. I ordered for delivery never received and husband had to waste gas to go get new order placed and had to speak with manger for a refund for first order that they never gave to a driver who came all the way to my location to to mark as delivered to assure they get paid for a item they didn’t deliver.

Messed up 3 things
Messed up three things on our orders. Ordered half dozen fried shrimp, got 4. Ordered a sweet potato, got a regular potato. One entree had a loaded baked potato, didn’t get a potato. Horrible to make 3 mistakes when you weren’t even busy..
Gave B.A. another try— food beyond overcooked
I wanted to give them another try, Hoowever the food wayyyy overcooked. Bread was so overly done we couldn’t even get a bite. The potato skins were so overly done that what was supposed to be fluffy was hard and not edible. Spending $52 for this was such a waste of money.

Our Favorite Restaurant
My wife and I discovered Black Angus in Temecula many years ago. We love the food and our favorite server is CARMEL!!! We usually have the Campfire Feast with Filet Mignon and have the Mudd Pie for dessert. The Best ever!!!!
Disappointing
Today i ordered a prime rib blood rare understanding it would cook through delivery and arrive med rare. Unfortunately it arrived well done. It probably was med rare when they cut it. Looks like they dip in au jus to warm it up. The price i paid and what i got was not what i expected. A simple call from the restaurant to say no rare pieces were available and i would have shifted my order. By the way, I’m 3.1 miles from the restaurant.

Where is my potato?
First time I did order pick up this week. Got home and no baked potato. Rolls are wrapped in foil. Maybe they thought rolls and baked potatoes are the same thing if both wrapped in foil. They’re not.
Not worth what I paid
Black Angus used to be one of my favorite restaurants and I thought I would treat myself to a nice dinner. I was very disappointed by the quality of this food. More than half went to waste and I paid 40$.
Love BA but..
I love Black Angus and order delivery a few times a month via the app. The app is great except there’s no place I can find to order extras such as more sour cream or more salad dressing. I’m happy to pay for it if I could just find where to add it to my order!!
They need to fix the App
I cannot change the phone number on my account in the app. The phone number isn’t even my number. The last order the driver tried to call me and couldn’t get through. Fortunately she found my house. So I created a new account under a different email. When I placed my order this time, it shows it os scheduled to deliver at 2:45 AM! lol! Anyway when I called the restaurant and they have no idea how to correct the app. It’s frustrating. Tiring to order on an app that doesn’t work properly.

I’ve been a customer innorthern Calif since th first restaurant was opened In Sacramento some 25 or 30 years ago. I lived in the Phoenix,AZ area for awhile and became a regular at the Goodyear area restaurant as well. It didn’t matter if we were inCaljf or Arizona the
Food was just as good as was the staff. One of the first places I’ll look for in any town is Black angus, knowing the food and service will be first rate.
