Worst Customer Service

First of all app is glitchy, and the the customer service is poor and unreliable.

Extra charges

They will charge you money for unnecessary reason
In case you start emandate its a big mistake.if you maintain the amount also they will charge if you try to contact the customer service is also useless.so i want nobody to face this situation.

FI not closing my account

I’ve written the FI team to close my account since months and they haven’t closed it as yet. Everything they are asking me to deposit more money in the account for I don’t know what reason and still not closing my account. Extremely poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this company and app to anyone.

Sign in without sim in that phone

I m living in US and for using fi , I have to carry 2 phones.

Pathetic service

Most pathetic app nd services it’s been 40days of applying my debit card, I haven’t received, nor application is working properly, plz don’t use this app

Doesn’t support all devices

I use an iPhone se 1st generation and have been trying to go through the UI which in incompatible at my resolution, it has been an entire day.
Such a disappointment.

Poor customer support

App did not displayed 200 additional fees for physical debit card . I asked customer support regarding this and there reply was “is there anything I could help “ . They could have said something. If something happens while I’m travelling I can’t rely on this card. Thanks

Terrible support

I have been trying to transfer my money out of fi for the past 5 months without any success. Their customer support keeps sending the same scripted email over and over again without answering any of my questions. They say the transfer completed, then when I see I didn’t get the money, if I tell them I didn’t get it, they are like it failed to transfer. Then I asked them why it failed, they say the started another transfer and it succeeded, however even with this I don’t get the money and the same loops keeps going on for 5 months

Sign in without sim in mobile

Hey Fi team, the app is great. Can you guys add this feature that a customer can be able to log in without the registered sim in mobile and able to access the account info. I know it is required for UPI transaction but you can limit that verification for UPI.
