Please be advised that the data will still sync to the app regardless of whether it is open during or after your exercise. To ensure successful syncing, please make sure that Bluetooth is activated on both your phone and the jump rope. This app is so clunky. Thankfully I’m only using it to count my jumps otherwise the tracking features compared to a couple years ago is TRASH.Developer Response
