Can’t place orders
The app was working perfectly fine. Now it tells me restaurants are closed/online ordering unavailable, when that’s not the case. Other people I’ve talked to, either have the same issue or the app works perfectly fine for them
Pretty nice app. Few bugs for it.
App has been telling me places are closed for 2 weeks now. Overall the app is pretty handy.
Terrible App
You can’t order from this all at, every time I try it says the restaurant is closed and nothing opened till 11am doesn’t change no matter the time of the day. Worst app ever.
Closed stores
The past month the app keeps telling me that the stores are closed when it’s the middle of the day when they are open so I think the app needs to looks at or fixed because it says they are closed all day on the app when I go to order food
App issues
Currently I have been unable to places an order through the app for about three days now. When I choose the restaurant I want to just from, it displays as if all of the restaurants in my area are closed. I thought it was suspicious because I saw aafes delivery cars each day. So today I went to the website and discovered that I can place an order there. This confirms that there is indeed an app issue which needs attention.

Absolutely Awful
This is probably the least intuitive app I’ve ever used. Half the time you go to check out, the payment page is blank and won’t let you input information to finalize the order. To make matters more frustrating, you can’t even call to place an order at 90% of the restaurants on the app. They just tell you to order through the app, which hardly ever works.

Between having to consistently hand type the info every. Single. Time, and half the time even then it says order cannot validate
Fair
The app does what the app says it do. You order food from the restaurant that allowed its franchise to be within the app, and they deliver. Only query I have is when I order a meal that comes with a drink, there’s never a drink option. Let’s use Popeyes for example. If I order a meal in store, I get a drink, but if I order a meal through the app, I don’t. Just trying to get my diet dr kelp.

Update the Restaurant
The app does not provide access to all the restaurants on the installation. Osan is missing quite a few establishments… so it inconveniences ordering food during inclement weather and quarantine.
Additional payment
If you go to osan AB Korea and order from Manchu Wok you will get up charged ordering carton rice. I found this out by ordering a carton of rice and in the checkout menu order 2. The price will change from $7 a carton to $10 each.
