Ridiculously barebones
You can order food with it obviously, but you still have to enter payment info every time you purchase, it won’t let you update your information in the app, and it lacks delivery notifications
Not bad, the app could be better.
The member should be able to update their Profile/personal information within the app if things have change over time. We shouldn’t have to go on the website every time to make the corrections/updates.
Also, it would be nice if there was more of description of what comes with our orders. Verses looking at the picture and having to assume it comes with sides or not, depending on the restaurant.
It’s not a bad app but, there are a lot of things that can better or updated to make the experience more enjoyable/helpful.

No support
So I ordered using this app almost two hours ago and haven’t gotten anything, the number for the store in the app also doesn’t work I want a refund for my order price!
Won’t load properly
I’ve used this app before and it worked fairly decently in the past. Recently, it’s been telling me that the restaurants on post are closed or can’t deliver so I have to call them. I call and I’m told I have to use the app to order. I thought this was just an issue between the app and the employees, but now the app is just not loading the restaurants. No menu, no cart, nothing. I’ve tried turning off my VPN, logging off and on again, deleting and redownloading the app; it literally does not work.

It keeps saying unable to contact customer after putting my card info, takes the money then doesn’t go through with an order receipt or food. This has happened twice. The first time I went to fix it & Popeyes told me that they would refund within 4-5 days, which didn’t happened. Now it’s happening while ordering from Pizza Hut

A horrible experience
The app will literally take your money but an order won’t go through. Order enough and you’ll see it happen. Happened to my roommate dozens of times.

App not very user friendly, very short notice thrown together. Operations when paying are very confusing. Will not currently allow you to edit contact info if you entered it at a previous base.
All in all, no time was put into this. Very bad reviews all around for a reason.

This app works fairly well in most areas, it’s biggest flaw is that I have to hand type my card information every time I check out. Auto fill would be lovely
It Is what it is…
Got a new phone number and I can’t update my profile information to change it. So I’m left guessing when my food will be dropped off or delivered since they can’t get ahold of me to notify myself.
