Luggage handling
While train service itself is good but their luggage handling is terrible. At Makkah station they go by skin colour or ethnicity to decide if your luggage is oversized or not. Booked our luggage bags separately claiming they are oversized without doing any measurements etc and bags will arrive in Madinah in 12-24 hours. This means you will go to Madinah hotel and come back to collect luggage costing you another 100 riyals on top of charges 66 riyal per bag.

Landed in Jeddah with 35 mins to next train; took 5 mins to book and receive tickets. Very good.
Nightmare service
I booked for two person round-trip Mecca to Medina I start going to early to train station by taxi. The highways closed because of the king is going to Umrah total highway is closed no moving for more than two hours because of this I delayed my train for five minutes everyone we reach over there. They cannot get a train even their money back. We tried to spoke customer service look our privacy is the don’t refund any money they say to us, some of them are they don’t have money. They are crying in the mud when we try to book it for next day it is high price never been like that. This is robbery company from Europe, not in Muslim country harem place how can they take away peoples hard work for it for no service because of the man-made privacy policy privacy policy copy and paste from robbery Europe or some websites this is not acceptable at all my enemies. I will get my money back from my credit card card company is making much more money every hour, some of them are very very high prices. This is a government train. They taken away poor people money for no services customer service in train station or ticket place. They are not solving the problems. They sell high prices. Try to get commission from that company or government need to review the services, it is better to take a shuttle bus or taxi contract. If if you miss your train, they are not refund your money. Be careful, my friend. They are nightmare.

I had a Saudi sim and expected things to work just fine. I could not get the app to work nor the website. I even had one of the hotel receptionists try and book my tickets using their phone and it didn’t work for them so I know my phone or the sim had nothing to do with it. I’m not sure who is running building these applications but you all need help and should be ashamed to have published this app. Feel free to reach out I can help you test it before you release a useless app.

Luggage size
It’s crazy how they’re very specific with luggage size, plus this app is very slow I tried to checkout three times and all failed, the price keeps going up and down every hour.
