Can’t add boarding pass to apple wallet. Says “error getting passbook ticket”
Worst App Ever Used
This is by far one of the worst apps I have ever used. It was very slow to process my info and charged me money for a ticket that I didn’t receive via email (and couldn’t download or add to my Wallet). Worst of all, I couldn’t get any help by sending an email to Customer Service. I wish I could rate this app less than ONE star. BIG disappointment!!!

Apple wallet
Ticket is not able to add to Apple wallet, the Idea is good for the app , but if you can’t see the QR code on the app or add to wallet , it is useless, as it does not send SMS to mobile or email , you need to download the ticket from the website, which is not useful, even customer service can’t help on this case

Just a garbage
It’s a shame that after 2.5K poor reviews, the developers didn’t even fix the basic issues. Did not expect this from a country that is wealthy and could do better. Fix it or just shut the app down.
Be careful of this Train scam
I bought train ticket from Madina to Mecca.
Upon boarding, They said that my luggage is too large and I have to go their office and pay extra. I used the same luggage earlier in the year with no problems.
So I go the luggage office, they turned out to unrelated to train operator. They said I have to about $60 for 2 pieces. I had no problem but my luggage does not come with me on the train. They said the luggage will arrive at 10-11 PM to my hotel and was told to contact their office upon arrival Mecca.
In Mecca, they had no office, completely different company name. I was to I had to pay another $20 to get them delivered to my hotel. Which I had no choice but to do that. My luggage arrived 1:30 am.
What a scam these people are running.
I didn’t trust them to go from Mecca to airport, afraid my luggage will not get their for my flight. I took a taxi instead and was cheaper considering taxi cost from and to train station.
I will Never use them again. Scammers, liars, nothing but thieves.

التطبيق من عدة اشهر لا يعمل و يقفل فجأة بعد ما تختار رحلة العودة. حتى الوان التطبيق مقرفة. المشرفين على التطبيق مو حقين شغل.
غلاء الاسعار الغير مبرر و غير منطقي يدل ايضا على ان الادارة القائمة على المشروع قائمة على الاستغلال للمعتمرين والزوار. الاسعار من جدة للمدينة المنورة حرفيا اسعار رحلات طيران.

فيه مشكلة ما انحلت
سيء جدا فيه مشكله من اكثر من اسبوعين وكل م ادخل اقول فيه تحديث ولا هم يحزنون ايش السوء اللي بتقدموه ترا انتو بتخدمو ضيوف الحرمين احنا متعودين اتمنى تتحركو اكثر ف اكثر من كذا جوال وحتى المتصفح جدا سيء
