Letsme book with my barber quick and easy let's me see the price up front
Should not be necessary- forced down my throat.
Usually, Floyd’s could get me in with just a walk in appointment. Now they do jot accept walk ins. Calling to make an appointment is made to be a sever hassle and you are forced to book through the app. This whole transition has made my last two visits to my once favorite barber shop frustrating and I will no longer be getting my hair cut at Floyd’s.

but please have the default for Barber selection be “Anyone” instead of the last person

Works. Easy sign up and faster than calling the store. Got my confirmation.

After bug fixes app works well. And of course my barber Marc L. is one of the best. Easy to use
Works As Expected
I don’t normally write reviews, but seeing as it’s gotten such a low rating I figured I would drop my input.
The app behaved exactly as expected. The account creation was simple and straightforward. Once I created my account location services picked up my nearest barbershop. I was able to look at the calendar and pick out a time for an appointment. Prior to, I received a text confirming my appointment. When I got there the appointment started right on time.
Bottom line, the design and implementation of this app is solid. I’m not saying this is some groundbreaking app, but it is by no means deserving of its negative rating. Maybe it has just been fixed over time. If so, good on them.
Anyhow, not that it concerns the app, I am very happy with my haircut :)

Not very functional.
I don’t understand why this is a new app and not an update. The form phrasing for a booking is weird and I ended up entering something wrong. No stylist pictures so I have no idea who my appointment is booked with - it wouldn’t even let me choose. Messages won’t process and I can’t edit or delete my booking so I’ll just have to let them know what’s wrong with it when I get there.
