I wish I could give it no stars. We had a perfectly good modem and cogeco sent us a new one because this one was "too old". Can't log in to the app, can't do anything. Don't waste your timeDeveloper Response

Old: Can't login. Just says there's an error and to try again in a few seconds. Literally useless app. Tried it on four different devices, all the same outcome. It's actually infuriating.

Got in contact with Cogeco support. Was a pleasant experience. Got everything straightened out. App has lots of options for safety and other things.Show lessDeveloper Response

I have not been able to login at all and the same error saying there is some issue try and login after few seconds keeps popping up. So annoying and useless. I was told the reason I had error (that many are experiencing) is that I have to rent the pods as well as internet to get this basic feature of controlling the service you pay for. This app should be available to anyone who pays for WiFi and of. Most features are unrelated to pods like controlling devices and seeing who’s connected. That’s basic stuff included with bell internet I use to have I mean after all it is a feature relevant to the service paid for so why do I have to spend more money on something I don’t need to get that service?
