I wanted to use the app to change password and couldn’t get past the HomePass which are for pods. Don’t have a pod and there is no “skip” button. Even Customer Tech Support Service couldn’t help me.Eagleyes3

Won’t let you in most of the time. “User logged out”. Maddening! When you attempt to log in with your browser it tells you to use the App and gives you ZERO access! Only slightly more using the app….when you can log in! I’ve been a tech for 35 years and this is the worst I’ve ever seen!HeyPhilBlair

I repeatedly get an error message EVERY TIME I try to log in. I’ve reset my password, I’ve re-installed the app. No luck. So it’s pretty useless so far. What gives?HardBoiledEgg

Régulièrement, l’écran reste gelée en blanc après avoir peser sur “Se connecter”. Seule option, “Done” et ça revient à l’écran mauve de départ. Assurez vous d’avoir un ordinateur pour pouvoir pallier à ce problème et vous connecter sur votre compte sinon vous devrez revenir en 1990 et téléphoner (!)Show lessMarkPilon
