Why the on demand classes don’t count as classes taken?

Thank you so much for this. Because on demand classes vary in length from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to 50 minutes, and can also be stopped and started at any time, those VOD classes won't count towards your class count. We would love to include them but because we often have frequency challenges throughout the year with prizes associated for completing classes, we needed to make sure we were playing on a level playing field. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Hello Kim! I'm so sorry about the delay in your membership classes. Subscriptions through the iTunes store can actually be cancelled in the app store by clicking on your profile, then subscriptions, then clicking on Barry's X, and then "cancel subscription." From there, we can get you set up with a membership through the Barry's team directly to avoid any further delays. For assistance, please reach out to xperts@barrys.com. Subscription takes time to activate

Thank you so much for this! At the moment, app subscriptions have been seeing a slight delay of 6-12 hours in getting those live class credits to you. The on-demand content is, however, available right away. We're working on this to get that tightened up and thank you so much for your patience!
