Billed but never received class credits

The app took my money but never credited me for live classes. When I contacted support, they only offered to provide me 1 class credit rather than the # of credits I already paid for. Disappointing customer service.

Great App!

Best home workouts on the market! They deliver great Barry's content to home! Live classes provide that accountability and motivation while the on demand content is perfect when i need it.

Why the on demand classes don’t count as classes taken?

That’s the only thing I would like them to fix. That the on demand classes we take count towards our number of classes taken

Thank you so much for this. Because on demand classes vary in length from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to 50 minutes, and can also be stopped and started at any time, those VOD classes won't count towards your class count. We would love to include them but because we often have frequency challenges throughout the year with prizes associated for completing classes, we needed to make sure we were playing on a level playing field. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Love Barry’s ❌ but app purchases are buggy

Love this workout so much! It enables me to get a world class Barry’s workout from my home. However, purchases made in app aren’t reflected in my account (purchase was made 3 days ago). Contacted the Xperts at Barry’s who told me to cancel my app purchase which I can’t bc it’s a subscription. They kindly gave me a few free credits but I still want my subscription membership to show up. Also there’s a small typo in the latest app update that says “event” instead of even.

Hello Kim! I'm so sorry about the delay in your membership classes. Subscriptions through the iTunes store can actually be cancelled in the app store by clicking on your profile, then subscriptions, then clicking on Barry's X, and then "cancel subscription." From there, we can get you set up with a membership through the Barry's team directly to avoid any further delays. For assistance, please reach out to xperts@barrys.com. Best on demand and live fitness

Barry’s is legitimately the best workout in the world. I’ve tried Peloton and everything else and their content pales in comparison to Barry’s. The Barry’s classes are hard yet achievable. I get the best workouts from Barry’s. Love it. You have to try it!

Red Room in my Living Room!

Honestly, I love this workout. It feels just like being in studio for a class and it doesn’t feel like being on Zoom (Thank GOD!!!!!)

Incredible instructors and I’m loving finding my friends on the app and working out with them even when I’m in different cities than them.

Just a fun as being in the studio.

Pre-pandemic, I was an avid Barrys attendee. Barrys X really does a fantastic job of packaging the red room experience for home or on the go.

Was surprised and happy to see how well the trainers personalities held true when doing live classes.

Excited to see where they take this program.

Subscription takes time to activate

Your subscription isn’t immediately available in your account so you can’t pay and immediately go to class. Also, it auto-renews so you’ll have to be on top of things to cancel.

Thank you so much for this! At the moment, app subscriptions have been seeing a slight delay of 6-12 hours in getting those live class credits to you. The on-demand content is, however, available right away. We're working on this to get that tightened up and thank you so much for your patience!
