Do not download this app. I tried it for over a month and it did not work. Here are the issues I faced between two coaches: 1. Neither coach really listened to my preferences. 2. Neither coach assessed my abilities so I would regularly get workouts that were either way too easy or much too hard. 3. I warned the last coach that I needed to improve my mobility and instead of adjusting my workouts, he gave me even more complicated exercises that required advanced mobility. 4. Neither coach utilized the equipment that I had at my house despite repeated requests to do so. While I have no objections to the gym, if I am going to pay a lot of money for programmed workouts, and I ask for home workouts too, I think it’s not unreasonable for that to happen. I shouldn’t have to go to the gym everyday when I have great equipment at home. 5. Neither coach reviewed the videos I sent for form critique or the reps/weights I input. I was left to determine all of that for myself. 6. The app only works sometimes. The voiceovers are irregular and oddly timed to not coordinate with when you need instruction. Also, the video feature was intermittent. 7. And, neither coach helped me toward my goals, though in all fairness I won’t say they didn’t try. See comment 1.
