  • Not user friendly

    It took 12 hours before I got my confirmation email to login. The app is very sensitive to typos (I had a space after my name and it kept coming up INVALID, once I backspaced the space, it proceeded.) Plus, there's a $1.75 processing fee....I'll pay the 50 cents for a stamp, thank you.
  • Convenient

    I didn’t have a bit of trouble signing in or paying my bill. Pretty cool that they offer an app, most water companies don’t.
  • Dont let Me pay

    Keep spinning when wanting to pay and cannot use it at all still have to use the website

    There was a use case that caused the spinning select payment. We discovered when customers have multiple emails in our customer system it would fail. This has been resolved. Please download the latest app from the Apple app store and try again. Our apologies that you had this issue.
  • App is a joke

    Who designed this? They definitely didn’t spend any money on it. Looks like someone made it as there first app class project. I already paid my bill this month so I’ll wait to use it next month and I’ll update if it works. *Update App wont let me pay keeps spinning/loading at the select payment type section. What a joke. Do you guys need help? Please tell me you didn’t pay for this....

  • Happy to have water app

    Registration went fine and bill successfully paid! Only reason for not 5 stars is the formatting on some pages too wide and made scroll to right necessary.
  • Doesn’t work properly

    I received my bill with the info on this in it. Downloaded it and registered and it opened. When I went to another screen in the app it kicked me out and now doesn’t recognize my log in😡

  • Can’t even sign up

    It says “Failed to register user” when I input all of the info to sign up. I’ve triple checked everything, and it’s all accurate.
