Hi Elka, I understand if have lost you - but if there's any chance we can win you back... first, you actually can categorize your eReceipts by tapping into the receipt and then into the section with the categories and adding them to any category you like. Second, with regards to the photo quality on desktop -- that should not be the case, and if you'll write us at support@simplywise.com, we'll look into this today and work to get this resolved for you ASAP. I hope we can win you back, Elka!

On top of that, you can’t even sign up in e-receipts. The method does NOT work at all.
