I love it, my kids love it. I do wish there was an option to actually listen to the stories and not read them but oh well.
110/10 for customer service. The activation codes were missing so I emailed and not even 10 minutes later I had a response with an activation code. Absolutely amazing customer service.
.5 taken for not being able to listen to the stories but that’s more of a me problem.
My son loved seeing paw patrol on his wall before bedtime.

Love the app and all of the different stories you can get. Had an issue with an activation code which the team helped me out with straight away. Thanks again.
Our toddler loves this!
We were gifted a bundle and our toddler loves it. She asks us to read the “projector” every night. Their customer service is excellent too. I emailed them on a Friday night about an issue and I was surprised to get a response that night. I wasn’t expecting a response until the next week. They were super helpful, even more helpful than I was expecting. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes reading stories to their kids.

Wonderful Customer Service
The customer service for Moonlite is just absolutely phenomenal!! I had an issue with some new codes we received for Christmas and I emailed Moonlite and they responded soo quickly and were insanely helpful. Best customer experience I’ve ever had with a company. They solved my issue and we are now back listening to all our favorite stories. My toddler and preschooler LOVE when we do these. Again such a wonderful product, and a wonderful company!!!

Great product, amazing customer service
My kids love moonlight books! We love that we can take them anywhere like hotels or our camper. I’ve had issues twice with codes not working to unlock and their customer service has always been amazing. My latest issue was with a gift story, so I wasn’t sure if they would help without a proof of purchase. However, with a positive past experience I reached out to their support team and had a response with a solution in 2 minutes! Absolutely phenomenal customer service!!

Concept is good but execution needs work
I love the concept and have muscled through to make it work but hoping the developers can help determine why my experience has been so bumpy. The bulls-eyes are not at all correct for my phone. And there is no way to tell the app what phone model you have. I have downloaded and redownloaded the app several times.
My next frustration may be because of the fact that I can’t use the bullseyes, but it is hard to read the words of the story because the first two lines are under the projector and the stabilizer. Without the stabilizer its hard to change the reel without it getting out of alignment and Even if you take off the stabilizer the projector arm still blocks the words.
Developers /customer support team please help! I can’t image this app having any good reviews if this was everyone’s experience.

Bought a few stories second hand and needed codes to add them to my app. Emailed them and received a response within minutes! Quicker than a live chat with other companies.
Love it. Would ask for one tweak
My toddler loves it! He anxiously waits for us to finish normal books so he can run over to shut off the lights.
Everything works great…. However, it would be super helpful to NOT have the app go to sleep. A bit awkward trying to get to the next disc, or letting him point and interact, and then having it all shut off on me.
If you could have it where the app stays “awake” and not turn off would be marvelous.

One happy 5 year old!
This is my 5 year olds favorite gadget! She is captivated by the images in the dark and the bonus sounds throughout the text. I had some problems (user error) with my account and one download and the response from customer service was literally minutes. I was shocked! 10/10 highly recommend!
Amazing customer service
I wasn’t sure anyone would be able to resolve the issues I was having with the activation codes, but a quick email to customer service and it was fixed in a few hours. My kids wanted to try out the stories immediately and have been enjoying them ever since.
