Simple but effective
Simple but effective does what you need it to. I don’t mind paying 2 pound a month, helps keep track preventing me from plateauing.
bug with records
records seems broken. it doesn't accurately state my record (misses some data) when I select All Time but when I switch to Past 3 Months or another period it increases my record
Exactly what I needed!
This app is exactly what I needed for tracking my strength training. It’s even better if you install the Apple Watch app too!
Simply the best
This app is great if you know what you want out of a workout app. It doesn’t add the clutter of trying to sell you workout programs and is very customizable to your logging needs. Plenty of area for notes at the workout and exercise level too.

I looked at a lot of fitness apps and most are more complicated than needed. This app is perfect!
Custom unit crashing
I really like this app. However when I try and add a custom unit under the body tracker it crashes the app on iOS every time. Have installed reinstalled and still does this.
Other than that it’s great.
Would also recommend I custom unit to allow for a field that include ‘reference range’ then people could custom unit in their blood work as well and if outside reference range that could be graphed. Would add some potential for people who want to log a combination of dexa scan data, vo2 max test data (fat max and vo2max) and blood work data.

Good easy to use app
I don’t understand what the negative reviews are all about. There are three payment options: a one time payment of £45, annually at £15, or £2 a month. You can fully customise your routine, it tracks PB and auto loads your last workout (including max weight and sets/reps). The layout is simple and user friendly, you don’t have to go searching through the app to find your customised workout routine. £2 is less than a bus ticket or half the price of a coffee. Some people want the world to be free.

When reviewing variouis exercises, I wish that pushing the back arrow would take me back to the group of exercises I was reviewing, rather than to my overall workout.
Can't add sets during workout
Please add a feature where during a workout, we can add sets to the exercise we're doing. This feature should be standard, yet creating workouts in this app isn't exactly intuitive or always clear. Please allow more flexibility and functionality, thanks.

You can press the Save button on the sets screen to add sets, we have a video guide on youtube if you need help
Need subscription
One star because you need a subscription and you only find out until a few days after you’ve started using it.
