Thank you very much for your comments, we are glad you liked it!

Awesome!

This app works great! I finished my free trial at day 2 of phase 1. Which is my 2nd week day 2 I believe. My memory isn’t great and I had to delete the app cuz I can’t afford the app. The lowest was 9.99 and the cigs I smoke aren’t even that much. Where it uses the cut down method, if I quit and used the money on the app, well then I wouldn’t need the app lol However the app is fantastic for anyone who can pay for the app after free trial! It helped me make a pack of cigs last 2 days! Great app! Sad to see it go but since I know the method of how it works I can just use my timer and stuff and do it myself.

Worth every penny

The trial made me see that it really does help .. a lot . And then I got the yearly subscription. It’s worth every penny and you get your money back ten fold by saving on buying packs. It’s a great app and the service if you have questions is awesome. Highly recommend it to anyone trying to quit. Worth every penny !

Thank you very much!!! ☺️

Worked great until undisclosed free trial ended

This would have been a 5 star review, until the “free trial” ended. I read everything carefully, and nowhere did it say that app would need a payment of $25 per month after 2 weeks. I might have still used it, had this been disclosed before downloading.

Hi Raissta, it does! After you take your questionnaire in the screen that tells you how much you would save if you quit. Also the monthly price is less than the cost of a package of cigarettes a week (average price in the world). And was planned for you to save more money than it costs over time, In addition to the health benefits. We are regular people and making this app is our job and we need to make money as everybody else. Your grade affects our work.

Worked for me. Smoke free 3 weeks now.

The app was great in helping me quit smoking. I highly recommend it. I cut down enough where I felt like stopping completely. 3 weeks smoke free as of this writing.

Hi Zimmie, Congratulations on Quit smoking!! 👏👏👏👏👏 Congrats again!

Helps me to track

Easy to use app that allows me to keep count of my cigarettes. Helps you develop the habit of checking the count down and wait a bit more every day before you light your next cigarette. I haven’t quit yet bit reduced the number of cigarettes

Best Program!

I’ve tried many quit or reduce smoking programs & hands down this one is the best. I will definitely purchase the lifetime package! Thanks team for making it easier to reduce my smoking easier! Staci

Hi, it goes from $6.66 dlls a month with the trimestral plan. Also the monthly price is less than the cost of a package of cigarettes a week (average price in the world). And was planned for you to save more money than it costs over time, In addition to the health benefits. Making this app is our job and we need to make money as everybody else. What I was looking for.

If it was available on Apple Watch, it would be perfect.

I’ve used quit smoking counter apps before & I love the simplicity of them, but had to use a separate timer app & then have to do all the calculations myself regarding how much time between smokes I needed to reach my daily targets.

This app does it all automatically, which is fantastic & super easy to use.

My problem is that I don’t always carry my phone &/or iPad with me, or when I’m driving I operate hands free for my devices, so having the app be able to be used on my Apple Watch would be super beneficial, because the Watch is always on my wrist unless I’m sleeping when it’s on charge (but I’m also not smoking when I’m sleeping).

Anywho- great app, it’d be even better if available on Apple Watch.

So far, so good!

I’m in week 4 as I write this. My goal is a 40 percent reduction from the 25 cigarettes I used to smoke. I paid for the 3 month subscription, the cost of which has already paid for itself because I’m spending less on cigarettes. I hope to be smoke free by 18 weeks. I chose this app because it spaces out smoke breaks gradually and I find this method much easier to tolerate than cold turkey. The hardest time of day is mornings (coffee/cig). I’m learning to change my routine, but I still get restless while waiting for the next notification that it’s okay to smoke now. It’s easy to use and easy to see your progress. I feel hopeful about quitting this time.
Edit: I’m now in week 10 and down to 6 cigs per day which is 2:49 hours between smokes. It has become increasingly difficult but expected. One thing I noticed is that this app expects you to sleep 8 hours a day. If you sleep less, but follow the time limits, you will exceed the daily limit. Because of this, I have not met the weekly goal, but have continued to progress through the program. At any rate, I’m still happy to have this app. I have saved much more than it’s cost by not buying cigarettes and I’m not coughing and hacking any more.

This app is FABULOUS!

This app has been a tremendous help to me in my 6th attempt to quit smoking! I had tried gum, patches, hypnosis, using my phone to time my cigarettes, keeping a diary and then the patch again. I would cut down for awhile, but, gradually I would return to my pack and a half habit. I did go to a lower nicotine level cigarette, moving from Newport Menthols to Pyramid Lights, but I still kept smoking just as often.

Then, I tried Alive. I love the way it assesses your level of smoking and what time of day you smoke the most. Then, I started out with “permission” to cut back just 2%. In phase 2, I am cutting back at least 17%! I have noticed that, since I have a good reason AND a strong desire to quit, in phase 1, I cut back much more than suggested. Phase 2, found me smoking as often as I could, and even using another feature: having the option of smoking early if you must, and then getting right back on schedule again. After a few days, I had adjusted, and now I am able to stick to the schedule again!

The program tracks and displays both the number of cigarettes you haven’t smoked compared to the number you would have smoked if you hadn’t begun the program and how much money you’ve saved. Put it all together and you have a great motivating app and a really great way to quit smoking, if you are want to quit, even a little bit!

It really WORKS!

I guess you noticed that I haven’t completed the whole program, but I’m POSITIVE that I will. If not, I’ll write a second review and let you know what happened, but I doubt you will see that happen!

Try it! I’m using the free version of the app, and I’m doing FINE, but there is a paid version if you feel you need more support. If I run into any trouble, I will move to the paid version.

As you know by now, I highly recommend this app!!!
