Doesn’t pay out
Several times I’ve completed activities and have not been compensated and I’ve tried reporting the issue but nobody wants to answer back. In my opinion this app is just as much trash as the actual health insurance. I never met a insurance company that lies there way out of giving people medications that actually work but no that’s too expensive for them. If they don’t want to treat their clients correctly why would they give money away for completing activities on a app?

Soooooooo Buggy
The app is not working right now, the app will let me sign in, but it won’t load anything, I can’t see what activity’s we’ve done or haven’t done, I can’t see if we’ve been paid out for any of them. I’m really upset with this because we need these rewards desperately right now
Completely broken for weeks.
The app worked for a little while after I was enrolled in the health plan back in April. But since late July, it will not load whatsoever. Simply offers an error message of “Sorry! We are having trouble loading. Tap to reload.” Doesn’t matter if I delete all the app data, or delete the app entirely and reinstall it. It cannot load. I guess that’s one way of preventing people from using the rewards points they’ve earned…

Can’t login iOS
This app is unusable on iOS. Keyboard popup will not drop down to allow me to press the login button after I have typed in my credentials. App will not allow login even if I use password manager. I have used app before with Face ID but nothing will allow me to login now, I have checked and my credentials are correct on the site. This update is an absolute nightmare! Please fix this!!

IT’S THE APP NOT THE CUSTOMER!
To all those who wrote good reviews and said all the bad reviews are the customer’s problem or with their phone or their service you’re wrong. I have tried once in the past to install and use this app and I just tried it today several years later and it still will not let me get set up with go 365 through the app it says that my information does not match the records. IT DOES. last time I tried to use the online website, it said I already had an account which I did not. So I have to go back to calling and talking to a real person that knows what they’re doing to get my goes 365 rewards. I would give this a zero if I could.

horrible app
It’s keep saying there’s a problem and to reload. It’s been like this for a couple days now. I have no access to my account or other information on this app. I tried to sign up with another Humana app, but it says I already have an account with this one. Please fix this. What’s the point?

App is pretty easy to use. I’ve only been on it two time so far so I’ll update my review as needed. For now I’m happy with it
LOVE THIS APP!!
I have never had any issues with this app.. i see people complaining about it “not loading” makes me wonder if its their phone providers issue not the app. I LOVEEEE the rewards system! It has helped me out financially with groceries and necessities in between paydays.. I never had an insurance app that did that!!! THANK YOU!!!

Now I will say I
made a small mistake when getting a Walmart gift card I didn’t read the print below when i cashed in and found out later it can only be used online and only for certain items. No biggie but I went thru a big unnecessary hassle figuring this out. I could only purchase like health or beauty clothing ect. No seasonal items which is what I was trying to buy … plants pots and soil lol.
But yah just double check below each reward card to be sure what it can be spent on bc I may not want it and will use elsewhere.

Works great!
The app works great! After reading some of the “bad reviews” they mostly seem like user error, not a problem with the app itself. I’ve personally not had any issues.
