Only good for rewards
The only redeeming factor for this app is that I got the gift cards the same day so I didn’t have any issues like some others did. Now the next hurdle is to see if they actually work when I go to use them other than that, this app is pretty useless. You can’t search for providers, there aren’t any useful questions that are answered, and the app has minor glitches.

All my money got put into walmart gift cards
Someone hacked my app and stole my money that i needed for diapers and wipes and over the counter meds for my son!!!! Hes 4 months old!!! Ive changed all my passwords but there is no option to change it on the app

Maybe you can find a person that knows how to set up an app? Can’t sign in Constantly saying I have to wait to log in or it logs out!

I downloaded this app a couple months ago and I have received two $20 gift cards from them just for signing up and completing activities. There are many more that I can do. It doesn't matter if you're a new member or an old member. It's so easy it doesn't seem like it should be legit, but it is. Thanks Humana. PS I'm a real person

Never got my rewards
I completed a health survey like 3 times and just never received my rewards. It’s been months and still nothing. Now it’s like I didn’t even do it, there is nothing in the app about it.
This app is not useful
It is a great app if you are just looking to earn the incentives for using managed care. That being said, it would be tremendously helpful if I could find a provider and understand benefits.
Unable to Register
So far, I’ve had the app for 10 minutes, and I’m completely unable to register unless I live in the state of Kentucky.
When they ask for my member ID, I receive a message saying the information (directly from my member ID card) is invalid. I tried to sign up through the website instead of the app and was told my member ID was supposed to be 9 characters, but it’s actually definitely 12 on my card.
Finally, I called the number provided by the app and website for help, and the line sent me to Humana healthy horizons in Kentucky.
No option for people who live in other states. Just Kentucky.
So now I’m not even sure who to contact, and despite the letter I received in the mail promising otherwise, I’m unable to receive rewards.

Great service
Don’t understand the negative ratings. I’ve used this service for years. The only time I had a problem was when the doctor hadn’t released the report. Once I contacted the doctor was just a short time later I received my reward. Sure is nice when I get a card for Walmart, or can go to great restaurants or even a gas card. Well worth my time for the rewards. I’m 82 so if I can figure it out anyone can.

BAD ERROR
I’ve been trying for months to login and redeem rewards that are not probably expired because when I go to accept the terms it just says “bad error” very disappointed.
