BAD ERROR
I’ve been trying for months to login and redeem rewards that are not probably expired because when I go to accept the terms it just says “bad error” very disappointed.
Lies Lies and more lies
So they stated that if you get your Covid shot you get $20 in rewards and they stated that if you do this or you do that you get a certain number rewards. What they don’t tell you is that you have a limited time to do so, so if you do it pass the time limit, then, even though you did what they asked, they still want to give you the reward. It’s a bunch of loopholes and wait for them to get you to do things without them having to pay. Don’t bother with this freaking app.

Updated now can’t use
Received a update notice which now wants me to accept the rules etc but when click on accept it loads up and then bad error comes up can’t get past that to even use. Worked fine until the update app .
I’ve been hoping for an update
I’ve had the app since the beginning of January 2023. I’ve ran into so many issues. My account won’t load. I keep being instructed to reload but it still doesn’t load. I have minors connected to my account as well. For half of them I am having the same issue. The other half I’ve completed the initial assessment for, which is supposed come with a 30$ award amount for completing but the app isn’t showing that it has been completed nor is it giving me the option to claim awards. I’ve read that some rewards need time to show up but it’s been 3 weeks. I’m not sure what the primary function of this app is but it gives me actual headaches trying to use it. I am really hoping for an update!!! I feel like this app could be an asset for family if it would only function for more than just logging in.

Works just as it says.
So far have recieved $95 in apple gift cards for my flu shot. Covid vaccine, weight loss and amoking cessation. Recived the money quickly as well! Look forward to anthoer $80 or so im gift cards.
Don’t Bother
I received a call that I should download this app because I would be able to get rewards from Humana healthy horizons. They were different monetary values including $20 for an in-home health visit which I completed. Also they were rewards for another $20 for completing a telephone health assessment. I learned later that it is only if you complete these things within 90 days of your initial enrollment, which I didn’t find out until the year and a half liter of enrolling. Totally pointless I am going to delete this app.

False information
Since I have been pregnant I have done just about everything on my checklist only to have received the first $20 gift card for signing up and that’s all. I’m reaching the end of my pregnancy and haven’t received anything else not even the gift card that I was told I would receive over 6 months ago. I’ve tried to contact them regarding my concerns but I still haven’t received any response from them yet.

Error! Bad Request
Every time I try to log in it asks me to accept the terms and policies. When I hit accept, it pops up “error! Bad request”. Annoying.
Not Available in Virginia
It’s sad that I have to go thru the Humana app to have to log into Go365. Please make this app available to Virginia residents
Ineffective and shamey
Such a trash app. Humana bullies you into downloading it to reduce your premium after they raised it 67%. Then you try to use it and all it does is shame you. Tell if you’re seeing a doctor for XYZ health issue in the assessment and the same assessment tells you you’re being unhealthy and need to go to the doctor. The doctor you ALREADY SAID YOU WERE SEEING. All you’re doing is data mining to sell it while you ratchet up premiums. It’s a trash, shame-y application for Humana to tell you how trash you are and sell your data for the privilege.
