Used the ai option to scan government issued ID and was not working, tried again a couple days later and could not receive the confirmation number by text to try again…

Hello there, thank you for the review and feedback. We are still ordering by posted date. The newest jobs and shifts will be at the top.

Broken Searches but barely usable

Updated and reinstalled the app and it still types everything in the search bar backwards. i.e. If you want to look for “prep” positions near you you have to type “perp” in order to get the results you want. A little counterintuitive and I hope they fix this because I do love the app but can’t use it in current state.

Filtering options are gone

I just got back on this app to see you can no longer filter job postings by type.. front of house, floor, bartender, management, hotel, distribution, etc. and honestly it’s just far less user friendly.. I hope it’s a bug.

Hello there, thank you for leaving a review. It sounds like you may be experiencing a local issue. We are not having issues with our category filters at the moment. If you are still seeing issues, I recommend app troubleshooting (update app, uninstall and reinstall), or contacting our support team at support@poached.com for further assistance.

It’s an okay app

Overall it’s a nice app. I feel like they could do so much better. For example making the app more user friendly and easier way to contact support.
I had to email support a couple of times just to get paid, which was pretty inconvenient.

Great app, lots of bugs.

Love this app and the jobs you can find on it but the glitches in the app make it miserable. Not only does the top left exit button always, always glitch and not allow you to exit. It also would not let me open my messages from jobs!!! I am currently deleting and redownloading the app because I tried to respond to a message from a job but all that came up was a grey screen. I can live with app bugs but this prevents me from getting a a job! So frustrating. Also why cannot I go back after pushing apply? I’ve accidentally clicked apply so many times to jobs and the “add a cover letter” page pops up and I’m stuck applying to a job.

Does Not Open

Like the website, the app does not load. It seems like the servers are down over at Poached.

Sooo glitchy 😖

love this app in theory, and it's led me to some great opportunities.

however:
it's absolutely filled with glitches ranging from refusal to load, to sending out messages that i've sent to prospective employers but with crazy punctuation etc.

so frustrating.

can y'all please finally fix these issues???

looking for work is frustrating enough without having to deal with tech flaws.
