I have impecible job qualifications. Contact goes perfectly and then nothing. All contact and then nothing from the employer. Interview goes amazing, invite for free working job interview 😁 That goes amazingly 😁 get amazing feedback. Verbally invited back. Still nothing. Was told when touching base they had 20 people to still interview. This is giving very Bumble , Tinder vibes.

Some reviews mention glitchy app, yet I have never had any issues on my phone.

You press some buttons in filters and the app just freezes entirely and you have to restart it. You have no way to look at your sent applications through the app, which is really inconvenient. Seems like the notifications tab would better be utilized as application tab. Or some combination.
Also, when scrolling it will often reset you to a point towards the top, so you have to start over. A feature to save jobs would also be nice.
Hope they fix these things! But overall Poached itself has been a great tool.

I’m not sure why no one at Poached thought of this but if they want to facilitate use of the Poached Shifts functionality- please make those searchable by THE DATE OF THE SHIFT. Nobody needs to sort those things by date of posting- the date of the work is the meaningful info for the person looking to pick up.
I’d also love to see them crack down on places putting up Poached Shifts saying “this shift is for Steve” or something. Kind of defeats the purpose for everyone else and clutters the listings with shifts NOT in fact available at all.

We take user feedback seriously to help improve our app. You are also welcome to reach out to our support team as well at support@poached.com to report any issues or provide additional feedback.Every time you exit the app, even just to map a restaurant, the scroller on the jobs page goes all the way back to the top. So if you want to look at a lot of restaurants and also want to look up their menus or submit an online notification, you're going to have to spend a lot of time scrolling to do so.
