Fantastic

Thanks to this app, I’m finally in the best shape I’ve ever been. the workout plans are great and I love that im able to change it as i see fit. the recipes are also so good and I love trying new ones when i have the ingredients. i love that its all so affordable too! i get access to everything for $2!! it fits into my budget so nicely and is one of the best subscriptions i’ve ever had

Love it but do miss a couple of things :)

I love the workouts and recipes, they look amazing! What I would love to have on the app though are a couple of things:
1. Maybe an option to seeing how many calories per day I am consuming based on my meal plan
2. How much of each item I need to buy on the shopping list

Love Pam all the time

Pamela Reif has to be one of the most positive role models in my life. Her workouts push me to do better, when I catch myself thinking “I can’t” I instantly look to Pamela and then back to me and saying my body is strong and it helps me kill it. The progress is real and her advocacy on sustainability is awesome.

THE BEST FITNESS AND HEALTH APP!!!!!

I have been training and using different fitness apps for years now including some big global names in the industry……BUT nothing compares to this app! The layout, the fun workouts, the recipes and the best part is THE WEEKLY WORKOUT PLANS! I have stayed trainings consistently since I’ve downloaded at and I look forward to it each day! It’s always updated and there’s new content on the app weekly it never gets boring. Beside the content and great app functioning …..of course the biggest and bestest part is PAM herself she is such a ray of sunshine always smiling and bringing lots of happy and positive energy to the workouts. She really is a true inspiration and a genuine kind hearted person! Her app price and general ethos totally sets her aside from other people that are only motivated by the profits. She is truly one in a billion! Thank you Pam keep it the amazing work 🙌🏻

The best fitness app I’ve tried so far:

I’ve been following Pamela Reif & her workouts for around 6 months and I was so excited for her app!! Pamela’s workouts are quick & effective. She always has a workout for how I’m feeling. If I want to do HIIT, there’s HIIT, if I just feel like doing low impact legs, there’s knee friendly booty. Her app is for starters gorgeous. The recipes are AMAZING! I can’t wait to try more! And it’s so helpful that she added the plans but I also enjoy adding my own workouts which I think is something unique about her app is that you can customize your plans. Her prices are very reasonable compared to most fitness apps. And worth it. I highly recommend this app :)
P.S. PAM IS UR SEEING THIS I LOVE YOU AND THANKS FOR CHANGING MY LIFE!

Everything you need

This is a great app for the monthly subscription price. I love that your workout schedule is different each week, so you never get bored. I’m at beginner level, and it’s challenging, but I love how I can break it up, if needed. I like the style of her videos, where there’s little to no talking, but I also love her motivational articles about food, exercise and well-being. Her recipes are wholesome and delicious, so you don’t feel like you’re dieting. It’s a whole lifestyle that I feel is definitely in my reach!

Life changing!

I have loved her workouts for a while. Downloaded the app back when it first came out. My family has loved all the recipes and the meal planner feature makes it super easy! I do wish the shopping list provided quantities. Otherwise wouldn't change a thing! Thanks Pam and Dennis 💗

Absolutely in love!

Thank you Pam for being the biggest motivation for my sister and myself. This app has helped us a lot! Your recipes are amazing and your home workout routines are the light of our day. ❤️

This app is really good

This app is very well laid out and has an extremely high level of attention to detail across workouts and recipes. The workouts are laid out in order and I can be clear of what to do on what day. I am very impressed, This is a really high quality app with a great user experience. It’s an excellent business model as it’s only £2.49 / month. I’m really glad I found Pamela Reif, thanks to her starring on a stretching video with Haaland at Dortmund! I eat a mostly plant based diet too and have the same values as Pamela, there is also great content to read about on food and types. Pamela is also a great person/instructor, she is well educated and well spoken. Get this app translated into Spanish :) Spain would benefit so much from this app it’s so simple and perfect. They’d be really into it from the fitness element and benefit so much reading about the blog content on cow milk and meat for example.

Love ittt

This has to be one of the best apps I’ve ever gotten. There’s so many options and recipes and if I don’t have that recipe I can add it to my grocery list. The app makes me motivated to actually make meal plans and it tells you how to make everything in a simple way. There’s even workout plans that are simple to set up for the week and they’re effective and fun and make me break a sweat! It also lets you choose if you’re a beginner, etc. also, the subscription is only 2 dollars a month and free for a week. Totally worth it! I’ll probably end up buying the recipe book too :) thank you Pamela!!
