What’s not to love, she’s beautiful, relatable, and kind. The workouts have been so great and for the first time I feel like I’m seeing and feeling results. I’m back to below my pre-pregnancy weight and I’m encouraging my friends to check this out. I think soon I will be able to get the full membership.

YESS thank you Pam and her team!!! I gave feedback that the app should have those workout plans she posts on Instagram already in the app so I don’t have to copy everything over each week. I’m SO impressed that this was taken into account and added to the app!! It’s the best when people listen 💕
It just became harder to plan my workouts
I use this app every week to plan my workouts. Since the new update, addig individual workouts for my plan is so much more difficult and takes forever scrolling through the big pictures to find a workout. An idea for this is to be able to search for a workout by name or if there was a grid view option. Also one more place for improvement: the filters cancel each other out and it would be nice if searching for two categories (both recipes and workouts) would show me all options from those categories. Everything else is great and I love the app othervise.

IN LOVE
I already loved pamelas workouts but with the app I am so much more motivated! I mainly use the workout plan section which is a godsend as it keeps me super organised and everything is easy to work and very smooth. One thing that would make it even better would be a notes section by each day’s workout plan so that you can write possible times or other events going on that day to stay more organised. But I am still IN LOVE WITH THIS APP

Australian version is not up to date
I follow Pamela's blog and instagram. The latest version she posted is not updated on Australia store. The suggested workouts are all the same every week in Aus version, which is a bit disppointing. I'm expecting updates.
Fitness must have
I have been using this app for two months now and it is honestly so good as you do not need to pay anything to use Pamelas workout plan and she is genuinely the best fitness guru.I will not lie some of the workouts are very hard but there is definitely something for everyone

The Best Fitness Influencer!
I have tried nearly everything and there has been small results but nothing major. I got recommend Pam by a friend and yes her workouts burn like crazy, but they possess fantastic results! I have never looked back and really enjoy doing them and on the app there is a large range of workouts so it never becomes boring xx

If you love Pam than I 100% recommend! I’ve been using her workouts for years and I have seen tones of change! The ✨Pam App✨ is great for tracking what workouts you do and what meals you want. I love reading her blogs about food and how to be happy and with Covid the be happy part is something everyone needs. You can follow her workout plan and meal plan for the week which is amazing. And you can choose from a variety of different workouts for beginners all the way to advanced! Focusing on different areas on the body like legs arms core and booty! The app comes with a subscription you can pay but don’t have to. It’s 1.99 every month and I don’t need to pay that to get all the workouts I want! Do yourself a huge favor and get the app. Every day you wake up to a whole new workout it helps so much!

This app is absolutely wonderful! I cannot flaw it. You have the ability to follow Pamela’s weekly workouts, or if you prefer you can create a custom workout. It’s full of positivity, healthy recipes and workouts that burn and will make you feel good inside and out. 😁
